Vol, rijk en houterig. Vanille en toost dankzij de houtrijping, lange afdronk met een delicate boisée-toets. De rijkdom doet denken aan een Graves of Pessac-Léognan. Kortom: een houterige wijn — niks zùùr.

Op het etiket: Ralphie, Amy's bichon met lavendel strikje, gevangen in een goudgeel scrollwork-wapen. Very Hout, Very Hot.
